- How Much to Paint My House?
It really depends by the square foot of your house/room(s), material costs, type of paint product used and color, number of coats used, labor costs and the biggest factors of them all: time and communication. Each project varies heavily on the circumstances, so it's best to call us to make sure we can see the extent of the project in person and give an accurate estimate instead of slinging prices without seeing what's going on (prices can be negotiated if you only want specific parts of the job done instead of a complete job. - What Happens If There's Damage Discovered?
Usually when our workers are in the prep phase of the project, any sort of damage done to the surfaces will be repaired to the best extent and painted over. If necessary, we will communicate with you to ensure a proper solution instead of turning a blind eye to a potential liability that will be a pain to both parties.
- Do I Need to Be Home While the Painters Are Working?
No, it's not necessary or required for you to be home during your project, but it is best if you are there during the start of the project to ask for more details or requests from the person in charge (if you have any allergies or health conditions please notify us before the job starts so we may accommodate your needs the best we can). If you want to be there while they are on the premises, that is your choice. We will update you on any changes, delays or questions in case you are not there in person. Communication and organization go well together when executed flawlessly.
- Should I Move My Furniture Before the Painters Arrive?
In general, it's a good idea to have everything that can be moved, moved out of the way so our painters don't spend time relocating everything before starting. If you're not able to move everything out of the way in time, don't worry too much about it; our painters will move and cover any furniture or objects on the walls with plastic sheets, but if you have any family heirlooms, expensive objects or fragile objects, it's best to move it out of the way to avoid delays to the project. If you need help with moving specific items/certain accommodations, please call us so we can provide assistance.
- Do You Have Insurance?
Yes. We have insurance for both the safety of our workers and liability for any damages that happen on the job site (if you want to see the certificate for a more peaceful state of mind, feel free to ask us!)
Do We Deal with Biohazard Waste Removal?

Though we specialize in the painter's trade, we are able to deal with biohazard waste to an extent (cleaning up mold, nicotine-stained surfaces and urine.) It is highly recommended you hire a professional before hiring us to make sure everything goes smoothly!
- Can I Buy the Paint Myself and Only Pay for Labor?
Knowing what kind of paint, you need can get a bit overwhelming if you don't know the trade, which is why having a professional can help speed up the process and avoid buying the wrong paint type/color. We will communicate with you on what paint type, finish and color is best suited for your project and then you can decide if you already have the paint somewhere in the garage/attic, buy it yourself or let us buy it for you (prices will vary on your decision of course.) It's best to communicate with the person in charge of your project to make sure you're aware of everything that is going on for a smoother experience.
